When you know the strengths of your workforce, you create leverage. We help you translate this knowledge of your Human Capital through:
Provide stand-in support to C-level to help bridge functional skills and behavioral traits
How? By employing a network of former federal agents, combined with human intelligence experts and business executives, to lead the interviews. We utilize Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) interview techniques to determine true value within an organization and to provide objective recommendations for your human capital investment. Our team members are experts in their respective fields and provide deep insight into their functional and industry focus areas throughout the engagement.
In addition to FBI interview techniques, we apply psychometric tools and behavioral science to fully identify the root cause of success and/or issues. This allows us to not only determine if a positive change can occur, but if such change can happen through the people in the current or newly assembled organization. If you are looking for a consulting firm to validate a decision you have already made, we are likely not the firm for you. Our focus is to uncover the truth and to deliver our objective analysis so that you can make the appropriate decision.
Max Skalatsky is the co-founder and managing partner of Skalatsky & Associates LLC. He has directed the firm's development since its inception in 2016 and personally leads the vision for all human capital advisory work. His extensive experience enabling human capital decisions for private equity, venture capital, and C-suite has transformed organizations within industries such as financial services and high-tech as well as federal government and law enforcement.

Later, he parlayed the insights from this experience into creating the processes and tools the FBI's Director Office currently uses for budgetary requests and allocation of all of the FBI's 20,000+ support resources.
In subsequent years, Max led large consulting teams in reorganizing $20M to $1B+ firms, trained executive and staff members across all facets of a company, and developed human resource strategies spanning multi-national organizations. Immediately prior to founding Skalatsky & Associates, Max grew and led the Southeast banking practice for a multi-national consulting firm, focusing his human capital work and related technology expertise on the financial services sector.
