Founder & Managing Partner

Max has spent two decades turning complex technology and market opportunities into revenue. Before that role, he spent over a decade in strategic advisory and technology consulting, and two years as an FBI Special Agent.

The through line across all of it is the same: get oriented fast, find what is actually blocking growth, and remove it. He founded S&A because most companies already know what they need to build. They just cannot get it done at the speed the market demands.
