Max Skalatsky
Founder & Managing PartnerMax spent years building intelligence networks as an FBI Special Agent: recruiting, running, and managing human and physical assets across multiple continents. The skill set was simple: identify the right people, understand their motivations, and enable their performance.
He never stopped doing that. He just changed who the agents are.
Following the FBI, Max built a career spanning strategy, operations, and technology, working across consulting, product, and executive leadership, and culminating as a Global Vice President of Product Marketing at one of the world's premier enterprise technology companies.
These experiences gave him something most people building AI agents never develop: a ground-level understanding of the hurdles large organizations face designing and executing marketing strategy. The cycles, the handoffs, the gaps between great ideas and live results. He envisioned and built S&A to eliminate these costs.

Alan is a senior sales and business development executive whose career focuses on driving revenue growth across enterprise technology's most competitive markets. He has held VP and SVP-level sales leadership roles at Adobe, Oracle, Showpad, and SAP, focusing on digital marketing, marketing technology, and enterprise software. At Adobe he spent seven years leading North American commercial sales, and at SAP he served as RVP of North America Midmarket. He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Harry is President of Simplify Healthcare, a SaaS company that modernizes payer operations, compliance, and provider data connectivity for the health insurance industry. He functions as the company's chief operating executive, driving product and platform delivery across the payer market and leading the operationalization of AI into scalable client workflows. Previously, he founded the Health Care business at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Harry holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BA in Economics from Yale.
Eric Lachance
Eric is a Senior Operations Executive at Huntington Ingalls Industries, the largest military shipbuilding company in the United States. He has over 30 years of experience in organizational structure and leadership development spanning military, civilian, and private organizations. He served in the US Army for 20 years, where he taught at West Point and managed advanced research and development programs in US Special Operations Command.
